Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
- Complete pressure washing including building exteriors, walkways, and surfaces.
- Perform gutter cleaning and ensure proper drainage.
- Conduct high dusting in commercial and industrial environments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Represent BINX in a professional manner at all job sites.
- Assist in marketing as required (yard signs, door hangers, events, etc...)
- Peak season: Expect to work 2 Saturdays per month booked in advance.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and insurance history with a clean drivers record.
- A company vehicle is provided; must be over 25 yrs old.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 75 lbs).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Cleaning or exterior maintenance experience (Preferred but not required)
